My training and inspiration in yoga comes from the following sources:

- Yin Yoga
- Fusion Hormone Yoga
- Well Woman Yoga Therapy (Yoni Shakti / Womb Yoga)
- Facilitating women’s circles
In teaching classes, I like to take time and pay attention to details, tuning into the needs of the group. Creating a safe and friendly space for self-connection is a priority for me. I strive to stay true to the following values: integrity and authenticity, care and self-care, respect and self-respect.
