My training and inspiration in yoga comes from the following sources:

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga and variations (e.g. Slow Flow Yoga)
  • Yin Yoga
  • Fusion Hormone Yoga
  • Well Woman Yoga Therapy (Yoni Shakti / Womb Yoga)
  • Facilitating women’s circles

In teaching classes, I like to take time and pay attention to details, tuning into the needs of the group. Creating a safe and friendly space for self-connection is a priority for me. I strive to stay true to the following values: integrity and authenticity, care and self-care, respect and self-respect.
